Lost Boys/Wild Child Limited Session Deposit

This is a unique custom session where your little one gets to make believe that they are one of Peter Pans lost boys/girls. We have all the props for this session all you need is a basic outfit (shorts, cut off jean shorts, overalls and simple dresses work great for these sessions.

PRICE: $200 ($50 deposit to book your spot, remainder due by appt date). Once deposit of $50 is made, we will begin to plan your session together. Deposit is non refundable and non transferable.

Dates - August/ September (Once booked we will book the date that best works for you) In case of rain/bad weather, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Rain dates will be discussed prior to booking date.

HOW IT WORKS:
Pay deposit to secure your spot, once this is done, we will start planning a session that best suits you.
After your session, you will receive an online gallery to download as high-resolution digital downloads.

The following Terms and Conditions apply:
1. This special offer is for 2019 Lost Boys/Wild Child Limited Session only
2. The retainer is non-refundable in the event the Client cancels or changes the engagement.
3. If Barb Weir Photography fails to appear at the place and time specified above, the retainer shall be refunded to the Client.
4. If Barb Weir Photography voluntarily reschedules the session date due to circumstances beyond Barb Weir Photography's control (ie. illness, death, unavoidable weather events), and the client also agrees, the retainer remains non-refundable but transferable.
5. Please arrive on time. A specified time is given for each session. However, arriving late may mean your session will be shorter
6. Aprrox 15 Digital High-Resolution images from the session will be provided via digital download within 21 days of the session. Although extreme care will be taken with the images and photographs taken during the session, any and all liability for loss, damage or failure to deliver pictures for any reason shall be limited to return of the Session Fee.
7. Barb Weir Photography may capture many images during your session, but Client will see only those images carefully selected by the photographer in the gallery. Each finished image is carefully edited by the photographer to ensure it aligns with the photographer’s creative style. No unedited images will be released under any circumstance. Basic and necessary touch-ups will be performed at the discretion of the photographer. Any extensive requests above what is presented in the online gallery will be billed.
8. At such time that Barb Weir Photography provides the Client with a digital gallery to download images, Barb Weir Photography's contractual obligation is fulfilled. Refunds are prohibited and re-shoots will be at the discretion of Barb Weir Photography.
9. Client understands and acknowledges that post-session sneak peeks posted to any social media outlet are a courtesy. They are not to be re-edited. Client may opt to not have sneak peeks posted to social media and must make Barb Weir Photography aware of this prior to the end of the session
